Every employee's file, in one place
Uploads and documents signed in FirstHR go into each person's file by category, and expiry dates show who needs attention.
- Signed documents arrive with their certificate page
- See whose license or certificate has expired
- Files of people who have left are kept
Everyone's on the job. Their paperwork is a guess.
Ask who signed what, and the answer is an old spreadsheet full of question marks: which handbook, which policy, whether a license is still valid.
Send to sign, keep every file, reuse your templates
Documents in FirstHR has three parts, plus e-signatures across all of them: signature tracking, employee records and templates. Each has its own page.
From first invite to a complete file
Everyone gets a file when they join. Add what you have, send the rest to sign, and the file tells you what has lapsed.
One file per person, and whose license has lapsed
Every document a person has, by category, with its status. When an expiry date passes, the file says so, and so does the list.
E-signatures that file themselves
Send a PDF or Word file, people sign it in their portal, and the signed PDF lands in their file with a certificate page.
See who hasn't signed yet
Signature Tracking lists every document still waiting for someone, overdue first, with who signed and who hasn't.
Three ways a document gets into a file
However it arrives, it ends up in the same file, under its category.
The documents you use again and again
Your own offer letters, policies and forms, uploaded once and downloaded whenever you need them. Employees never see them.
Each person sees their own documents, and nothing else
They sign what's waiting and keep everything they've signed, and documents you mark Admin Only stay out of their view.
AI reads a document before anyone signs it
It checks the text against federal law and the law of the states you pick, most serious problems first. A first pass, not legal advice. AI credits are included: 1,000 a month on Team, 3,000 on Business.
Who gets an email, and when
Every document email comes from signing: the request, each signature and the finished document.
