Move a deadline without starting over, or cancel a request
Change the deadline right on the request, and the signer sees the new date in their portal. Cancel one, and everyone who had to sign it gets an email.
Once it's signed, it's final
A signed document can't be cancelled or deleted. Its PDF gets a certificate page with who signed, when, from where and on what device, and it stays in the person's file.
