Training Tracking lists every course that isn't finished yet. Late ones are marked, so you see them without messaging anyone.

Drafts stay hidden until you publish. Each course keeps a list of who took it and when they signed.
AI suggests the steps and checks a compliance course
Name a course, and AI suggests its steps; a compliance course gets a check before you save. About one credit a run, and credits are included: 1,000 a month on Team, 3,000 on Business.
Who gets an email, and when
FirstHR sends these on its own: the course goes out with an email, and the signed result comes back with one.
