My Docs keeps every document they signed and every file you make visible to them, each with Download. Nobody has to ask HR for a copy.
They keep their own details up to date
Phone, address and emergency contact are theirs to change, and each change shows on the History tab of their profile. Job details stay as you set them.

My Tasks shows who asked and when each is due. They press Start Task when they begin and Complete when it's done.
