FirstHR 3.0: rebuilt from the ground up

FirstHR 3.0 is a new product, not an update. We rebuilt the platform from scratch, with a new interface and a new foundation, and focused it on what small teams need most: onboarding and core HR.

Onboarding

• The Onboarding Wizard builds a plan in phases, from the paperwork before day one to the first months.
• Templates for each role, so the next hire starts from a plan you already have.
• Tracking for every hire: their stage, their progress and what's overdue.

Documents

• Employee records: one file per person.
• Templates for the documents you use again and again.
• E-signatures, with tracking of who has signed and who hasn't.

Training

• The Training Wizard builds a course from the files you already have.
• A course library and ready-made course templates.
• Training tracking: who has finished and who hasn't.

Core HR

• Your team, departments and an org chart.
• Tasks with an assignee and a deadline.
• An employee portal where each person signs, trains and sees their tasks.

Security

• Roles that decide who sees what: Main Admin, HR and employees.
• An activity log in your security settings.
• Email alerts about suspicious sign-in attempts.
• Sign in with Google.

AI built in

• Suggested steps for onboarding plans and course outlines, in the AI assistant.
• Compliance reviews of plans and courses, and an AI check for your documents.
